This unit covers the skills and knowledge required to effectively undertake small business planning,
in identifying and evaluating key components of a business plan and being able to select the best ways to augment small business planning and operations.

Course Objective

The specific aim of the course is to help someone who either wants to start their own business from scratch or has an existing business and would like to augment its performance above existing levels, through a thorough understanding of the requirements, options and processes used to develop, implement and effectively position a competitive business.
