This unit will be delivered face to face with interactive discussion and demonstration techniques used to validate the core competencies for the unit, where each student will ultimately be able to demonstrate that they adequately understand all the key aspects of determining and facilitating individual and team development needs.

Identifying Primary Target Audience

This course will be targeted at candidates who are either already working in a team situation  wish to improve their knowledge of the area  individual and team training, and need to learn about the various aspects of identifying and providing individual and team skills training.
