REFUND POLICY

To complete your program enrollment, 100% of course fees must be paid within five (5) business days prior to the course. Please note our REFUND POLICY: 

No refund will be given for online training courses. 
For face-to-face training programs, the following refund schedule will apply.

Two (2) weeks or more prior:  50% of tuition will be refunded for face-to-face enrollments for which notification of cancellation is received two (2) weeks or more prior to the date for which the course has been scheduled. 

Less than two (2) weeks prior:  0%  of tuition will be refunded for face-to-face enrollments for which notification of cancellation is received leased than two (2) weeks prior to the the date for which the course has been scheduled.
